Personal Information entered on this form is subject to the Washington State Public Records Act, and may be subject to disclosure to a third-party requester. At the City of Seattle we are committed to protecting your privacy and will ensure that any disclosures are done according to law. The information you provide will be used for the purpose of analysis in determining each potential parcel’s ranking in order to build Green Stormwater Infrastructure, the participants will be contacted for follow-up. The City may share the information you provide with CIS SPU LLC for the given purpose.
